Before you start
Vestiarion Invoice Capture sends an invoice to your Vestiarion workspace as a draft, for you or a colleague to check.
- Nothing on a page is read until you press Capture selected text, or choose Capture invoice with Vestiarion on a selection. Then only the text you selected is sent.
- A file is sent only when you choose it here.
- What you capture goes to Vestiarion, at www.vestiarion.xyz. Vestiarion has it read into the invoice's fields by its model provider (DeepSeek, on the hosted service), under that provider's own API terms and privacy policy, as it does for an invoice you upload there, and keeps it with the draft until it is added or discarded, at most 30 days.
- The extension cannot add a bill, approve or pay. A draft becomes a bill only when an owner or admin adds it in Vestiarion.
- No analytics: nothing about your invoices goes to an analytics service.
Connect your workspace
Sign in to Vestiarion, choose the workspace drafts go to, and allow this extension. It never sees your password or an API key.
Capture an invoice
You chose Capture invoice with Vestiarion on this text. Nothing is sent until you press Send to Vestiarion.
Select the invoice's text on the page, or choose its file.
A PDF with text, a .txt or an .eml file of at most 4 MB is read. A picture is sent for you to type its fields.
